Staff and Management
The Nursery is managed by Mrs Katy Cooley who holds a level 5 Diploma in Early Years Leadership and has many years childcare experience.
We have a dedicated team of staff, most of the permanent staff hold at least a Certificate in Pre-School Practice (level 2/3) qualification and they are committed to training and making a career in Childcare. All staff have had DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks and senior management are registered with Ofsted.

Mrs Burcu Turan - Nursery Assistant & Keyworker
Miss Lauren Walford - Nursery Assistant & Keyworker

Mrs Joanne Rickford - Nursery Assistant 'Jolly Jo'
The Nursery is supported by a Committee of volunteer parents. All new parents are automatically invited to join the Committee.
Join our Team
Bank Staff
We are always interested to hear from those with a level 2 or level 3 childcare qualification that may be interested in joining our bank staff rota. Please do get in touch if this would be of interest to you. Our bank staff shifts are ad-hoc to cover staff holiday, sickness and training.
Committee
We are a charity-run nursery that is managed by a board of trustees. If you would like to volunteer to join our committee, please do speak with Mrs Cooley who will be able to provide additional information.
Cleaner
We are looking for a cleaner for 1hr per day from 3:15pm. This role is term time only. Please contact Jennie for an application form to apply by emailing jennie@lovelendnursery.com. Closing Date Friday 16 February 2024. Please note the closing date may be brought forward without prior notice. Applicants are therefore encouraged to apply as early as possible.
